Shipping Policy

Project42 outsources all order fulfilment, shipping and delivery to a third-party fulfilment agency and our suppliers. Shipping methods, carriers, delivery windows and many fulfilment rules are set by that agency/suppliers — not by Project42. Please review the fulfilment agency’s shipping & returns policies before placing an order.

Fulfilment & processing

• Orders are forwarded to the fulfilment agency immediately after payment.
   

• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the fulfilment agency/suppliers and are not guaranteed by Project42.
   

Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the supplier ships. Use the carrier’s tracking link for delivery updates.
   

International shipments, duties & customs

• Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Customs may delay delivery.
   

Returns, exchanges & damaged/lost items

• Returns/exchanges are governed primarily by the fulfilment agency/suppliers. For missing, damaged or incorrect items, email project42.2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos — we will coordinate with the fulfilment agency.
   

Cancellations

• Cancel before the item ships by emailing project42.2025@gmail.com. Once the fulfilment agency has shipped the order, cancellations must follow the supplier’s return process.
   

PO Boxes & restricted addresses

• Some suppliers/carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses or other restricted locations. If an address is not serviceable we’ll contact you to request an alternate.
   

Liability

• Project42 is not liable for delays, losses, or carrier errors caused by the fulfilment agency, suppliers, carriers, customs, or events outside our control. We will assist with claims and escalations.
